It will explain in non-technical language, how to create and maintain these.  It will show what the most important elements are and how to use them to keep track of your business performance.  You willl learn ha a funding institution may look at these documents to make investing or loan decisions.

Instructor mini-bio:

Phil Husby has over 40 years of professional experience providing financing, accounting and tax services to technology companies.  From 1968 to 1987 Mr. Husby was audit partner with KPMG.  He has held Chief Financial Officer positions at many public and private companies, and has extensive international business experience.
