DESCRIPTION:Beginning QuickBooks class    Mar 8 & 10\, 3 - 5 pm  Beginning QuickBooks will be taught in modern computer lab so students receive hands on training.  Instructor Jeff Baileys a local businessman and teacher with extensive experience in using and teaching QuickBooks.  Students are asked to complete the participant profile so the course can be tailored for participants. Mar 8 & 10\, 3 - 5 pm   Register now        This course is taught by Jeff Bailey\, a local businessman who has extensive experience using QuickBooks in his business and in teaching QuickBooks in college classrooms and online.  The cost is $45 per student.  The classes are being presented in Lake Center Room 7110\, a modern\, spacious lab with 30 networked workstations.  The three classes will be held on March 8 & 10\; April 12 & 14 and May 10 & 12 from 3pm to 5pm each day.  The courses will be taught by Jeff Bailey\, a local businessman who has extensive experience using QuickBooks in his business and in teaching QuickBooks in college classrooms and online.  The cost for each student will be $45/class (beginning\, intermediate and advanced)\, which means participants can achieve competency for only $135 and 12 hours of time.   Instructor Bio:  Mr. Bailey received his undergraduate training in Engineering Physics from the University of Michigan and then received an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.  Mr. Bailey's concentration in his MBA program was in Accounting and Finance.  Mr. Bailey has worked for 15 years in a major research center in various areas of computer technology\, has been a Vice President of two mid-sized corporations\, has owned and operated two successful companies and has been an adjunct professor of Computer Science and Business Management courses for over 25 years.  He currently teaches at Mendocino College and owns and operates a software development business.  He says\, "Of all of the things I've done in my life\, I love teaching the most."
